2000 RR SERVICE ENGINE SOON

Hello:

I have a 2000 LR RR 4.6 HSE. Does anyone know how to turn off the Service Engine Soon light without taking the truck to the dealer?

IF it's the Red Service Engine Soon light, then no only the dealer can turn it off with their t4, as it is a 50k emission reminder light, but the amber Check Engine Light can be turned off with an OBD-II Code Scanner

I made an appointment to take my truck into the dealer.

But after one week (that was the soonest that I could get it there) the light went off the day that I was about to take the truck in.

Strange. But either way I'm happy that I saved $100 - not having to pay a diag fee.
