95' RR 4.0SE . . anything to worry about?

I'm new here . . and I'm looking at a '95 RR 4.0SE . . what are the "bad" spots of a car like that? . . is the 4.0 the better engine than the 4.6 (not powerwise . . but does it run longer? :) . . . probably not . . ) . .
