'98 Freelander rear window problem

I have just fitted a new rear window regulator to the rear door on my '98 Freelander & now every time I bring the window up, it winds straight back down again, even with the ignition turned off!
Does anyone know if there is a control module somewhere for it, or what else the problem could be?

you do know that those vehicals are supposed to do that. unless you are putting it all the way up and it is still doing it. if you dont put it up all the way it will go right back down/
