i like when he was driving and he was bouncing around and they were on a nice paved road. then he took that shortcut, that was awesome, land rover abilities proven

It was a series three, I would need to watch it again, to narrow the date down a bit, but it would be circa 1975 - 1981 ish.. Also suspect they were ex-army models. Again, if I watch the film again might be able to give some clues on that too..
There are plenty of films with landies in, I watched "Bethmoth, Creature form the Deep" a 1950's B movie and that had series ones, pre 1951 models as they had lights behind the grills...
Alo nearly all the James Bond movies have a Land Rover model in them somewhere..

(can not think of one that does not have a model in it... )
