Automatic to Manual

hello,,,im wondering, would it be possible to convert the disco II from an Automatic to a manual transmision???  would the V8 wake up the performance of the disco with a manual???  and what about the electronics???has anyone done this or am i just barking up the wrong tree(woof, woof)???

It is virtually impossible and way to expensive.
