What color do you like the Disco II in?
The Debate begins

White shows much less dents, dirt, and is better in the hot areas
but could be losted in a snow bank.
And everyone knows that White is Faster.

I bascially dropped that whole getting rims deal.
I was thinking today how much fun I could have going offroad! Would I have to get a lift, and like 32s or could I just keep it basically stock?

White shows imperfections less, I just am drawn to black...
Get an early 2001 or older and you can lock the transfer case with some additional linkage or a soleniod set-up. This will add to the traction control. You will still have open diffs on the axles that can be changed out as well. Many people like the OME (old man emu) lift. Gives you little over 2" so you can up the tire size, not lose to much on the MPG side, and don't have to change the driveline or brake lines...

Although, I don't care for it much myself, this very rare color actually attracts crowds when at the dealer, and others seem to like it a lot. It's called coniston green and is mostly used on Defenders.

I think I'm going to get a green one when I do.
How much do you think it would be for a little lift, and probably some new tires?

Silver. All of the benefits of white with color.

Around $650.... http://lrrforums.com/store/index.php?target=categories&category_id=260 You pick the tires...depends on what you want..
so 650 without tires?
seems alittle pricey doesn't it!

springs, shocks and stabiliser. This is the best quality lift you can get. I don't think you will find cheaper. I don't think it is too high. You will pay $300 for Bilstein shocks alone....
