Can the rear seat be folded down in a 2002 Range Rover?

I'm assuming that the rear seats can be folded down in my Rover, but I don't know how to do it. Can anybody please tell me how?

theres a square button not on the seat but behind the seat on the shelf about
an inch from the 2nd row seats, both sides.

Exactly why it took 3 months for me to ask this question... I bought it used and I don't have a user's manual. All I have is a shop manual that I downloaded. Thanks for the help you offer on other posts Mike, but not this one...
