exhaust noise = bad

hey guys, im new to this forum and i own a 1998 range rover hse 4.6l, the problem is that i have noticed the exhaust noise is really ****, it makes a noice like high pressure air coming from a tight hold, sorta like a jet, and it is bad, doesnt sound like a v8 at all, just wondering could there be somthing wrong with the exhaust system for it to be sounding like this, it has recently been serviced as well, and i worried that theres sumfin wrong, or could there be a hole in the zaust? if any one has herd a noise like this or knows what it could be i would love to hear from you, thanks guys

You are going to get under the hood and under the truck, with it running and locate what is leaking, get back to us and then we can help you.

hey, thanks, i did get under it and try to listen for a noise but i can only hear it out of the back end of the exhaust, i made a video using my camera with audio so that u can see/hear wat i mean

Sounds like my old John Deer tractor.
To hard to tell what it is, but I would get into a shop yesterday.

yeh i reckon i should, the thing is the car still goes the same and the actual engine sounds the same, just the noise comming out of the back is really bad, thanks for your help
