Fold Up the Seats?

I have had my 2000 Disco for about 2 weeks now and everything is great, but I cannot get the SE7 seats to fold back into storage position! I can get them to fold down but I can't get them unhooked from the floor. I'm sure is something REALLY obvious but I am missing it!! If someone could tell me that would be great! THANKS!

On mine the instructions are on the inside of the rear door under the back window.
 
Anyway, after you lower the seat back, look behind the seat and pull the little band that runs vertically right over where it hooks into the floor.  That releases the hook from the floor.
