Have a 2001 KV6 Petrol Freelander with a persistant misfire.Launch scanner reads"misfire detected cylinder no2".Fitted new sparkplugs,swopped the coils,fitted new injector no2 cylinder,changed the petrol filter and had the petrolpump tested.Fault stays at no2.Fault only come up when check engine light comes on driving uphill.Any help will be appreciated.

did you check fuel air spark compression...likely a loose sleeve,is it eating coolant?
