Sounds like a wheel bearing going out. Just a constant high pitched squeak at low speeds (15-30 mph) from the right front end. Stops when I hit the brakes. Any ideas?

brakes? pull your pads and spray some squeal stop on the back of them. See if it goes away. Or you could be cool and jump out while it's rooling to see where the squeal is coming from. I think the rappers call it "ghost riding the whip"?

I agree, not enough miles on your truck for new hubs. If it is the brakes, you will probably need pads and rotors, possibly even caliper kits.

When you pull the pads if it looks like there is enough material take a file to the edges and put on a bit of an angle. They come this way from the factory and will not vibrate as much. If your pads and rotors look good you'll need to check your caliper pistons to see if any of them are seized, if they are it's time to rebuild them which isn't hard but can be a bit of a pain, personally I hate bleeding brakes even on a motorcycle I haven't done it on the disco yet but I need to soon since I had to shift a banjo a few days ago.
Also, check to see if anything is rubbing. There's an off chance that something got wedged between your brake shields and your rim or something similar.
