Fuel hose hosed

''04 freelander, fuel hose that connects to the fuel rail inlet is leaking. On the side that connects to the rail there is an orange rubber cover over it. In the manual it calls this the quick disconnect coupling. cannot figure how this quick disconnects. Attached is the diagram the hose is #1,2
