Fuel Pressure Test Port???

I have a 99 Range Rover 4.6L HSE.  Wondering if there is a fuel pressure test port.  I would like to use a pressurized fuel injector cleaner to see if I can get a little better gas mileage.  On quick inspection it looked like everything was hidden under the intake plenum.  Anyone have an answer for me?

GEMS equiped range rover has the port on the rail between injectors 2 and 4
fuel pressure 34-37 psi
bosch equiped range rover the port in behind the intake above the coil bad spot.
fuel pressure 50-75 psi
