So, what have you done about it so far? I would suggest till you get the check engine light issues resolved, yoiu not drive it.

Off Track Driver's Window (Loud Noise) - $35 track at britishatlantic.com rover parts (MUC2322 door window lift channel front) OR it's possibly the regulator. If your door is RUSTY I would guess the channel is broken. I saw a new regulator on ebay for about $50 -- that is the "scicsors/gear" contraption. wear some gloves when you start digging into the door with your hands. Remove the door panel, peel back the plastic, and take a look with the flashlight. I just ordered a new channel for my 93 RRC (same unit) passenger door yesterday that was getting brackish salt-water sprinkler spray down into the door for a few years -- it rotted out the channel but the regulator was still good. 10mm socket, 4 bolts to remove the regulator. push the window to the TOP and jam something rubber to wedge/hold the window up. when you install

Passenger Door Lock Doesn't lock remotely - probably needs lube -- pop off the door panel and spray some liquid wrench on the linkage points and then follow up with white lithium grease.

Decreased Power - I would start in this order: replace air filter, add some fuel injector cleaner, look for disconnected/cracked/off vacuum lines, change the fuel filter, clean the MAF (search other post), replace o2 sensors, check that the vacuum advnace on the distrib holds vacuum, plugged cats?

is it overheating? is gas mileage higher than normal? stalling out? something stuck in the air intake (leaves, bird nest, etc...).

Good luck.
