HSE w/out ugly wood trim?!?

I have an '06 HSE LR3 that I love. The dealer is offering to get me into an '08, closing out my current lease 6 mo early with the same payments. 

However, I just discovered that you can't get the HSE without the ugly fake looking wood trim. 

I *really* hate the look of the light colored walnut wood trim, but could probabaly live with the piano black.  However, the stealer says that they can only get the piano black wood trim on black on black LR3s.  They say they have never seen it on any other color.

Is this true? Anyone out there have an '08 LR3 with the black wood trim that is NOT a black painted car?

I personally love how the walnut trim looks, just my opinion but it adds more luxury that is needed in a 50k+ vehicle. Check out a fully loaded SE if you want the all plastic interior. You will loose the power adjustable steering wheel, wood trim you don't care for and I think that is it. It will probably save you some cash as well! Good Luck
