They are available in the US. Just buy one and they'll ship it here for you. LOL. Or just buy a Trek here and change the stickers on it. One thing I noticed: YOU HAVE TO PEDAL THOSE THINGS!

lol. i was thinking send lightning 90 the money. i'd give him a little tip too. what is the exchange ratio from dollars to pounds anyway?

the trek idea would be a lot cheaper and easier i bet. i could go to a graphic shop and get them to make some land rover decals. i would paint a bike like that the same color as my freelander, bonnatti gray!!! i might add a little more flake in it though. its a pretty color. i had the choice between that gray freelander or a green one identical to it. the green was pretty too, but i liked the gray better. maybe i could paint the bike green. i do know if i get one, i'll need one of these.

these can be found at www.atlanticbritish.com

or

i like this one better for its price tag.

oh, what the heck, i could just get a roof rack and put the bike up there.

$1,095.95?!?!?!?!?! way too much, screw it, i'll make my own!

You have been busy...

If you add up the cost of all the things you want, (including the bike) you might find for the same money you could buy everything over here and have a holiday at the sametime..

A few people do that, and come to one of the Land Rover shows, normally can find a few bargins at those.

we need a land rover swap meet in the US. i'll host one in texas. y'all come to midland and we will make some good deals with each other. when they get the hooters in odessa finished, we can eat some hot wings over there. lol

These things all have to start somewhere..

yes, midland, texas would be a good place for them for the following reasons:

1)boost our local economy
2)meet lots of cool people
3)people (that want to) can see Bush's former homes
4)i don't have to go far to get to the swap meet
5)lots of off roading around here. (don't want to wander too far into ranches though)
6)oil field roads make for good dust clouds that can be seen for a couple miles!!! (that reminds me of a high altitude plane when they have a vapor trail behind them)

mine is a bit older than this one (no digi cam) my frame doesnt look as cool (more functoin than fasion) but geometicly speaking it looks pretty much the same. and mine had a black and red paint scheme

i havnt ridden it in a while. maybe ill throw it in the back of Sparky and head for the hills this sunday.

that is a cool bike, mine is similar with the suspension and what not. i think i am just going to repaint my bike to match my freelander and put some land rover logos and crap on it

Sounds like a cheaper option..

yeah, but now i have to save even more money for the freelander for an accident involving a rock and low ground clearance, so, the bike will remain unpainted for a while

Get the bike resprayed at the same time as getting the Freelander resprayed, (if it needs it.. ) that way you get a perfect col match for the bike, and you will have already paid for a certain quanity of paint anyway..

not a bad idea, and since one of my friends works at a auto paint store, i might get a pretty good deal on some paint.
