I bought mine over the web at MotorCars Ltd in Houston. I bought OEM equivalent aftermarket rotors and Ferrodo pads for all four wheels, and I believe it was about $400 - 450. I was happy with their service and the quality of the parts.
I live in Houston, so that really works out for me...thanks!
Any squeaking issues at all?

Alantic brittish has a good deal on the whole setup.
I bought mine through Les Schwab tires and did it my self. Make sure you use an impact tool on the retainer screw!
