havent been posting for the longest time..been quite busy..

recently i got my battery and alternator replaced...good thing it was still under warrantly!
but after i replaced those things...my car jerks a little bit..any idea why?
just to recap...im driving an 04 freelander!

The ECM (computer) needs to relearn it shift points.
This should only take 30 or so miles.
Any more than that have it re checked.

I replaced battery and head gaskets. My Rover drove a few blocks,then it wanted to stall. Once I reached a complete stop it died and all electric as well. I haven't been able to get it started since. Is it the replacement of the battery that did it?

On my 96 Disco there is a box under the hood that has what looks like
big fuses the alternator has 100 amp one if something is out or burnt through
under the cover it could be a place to start. Mike
