Hello all, I have a 2001 RR HSE where the volume control on the steering wheel or head unit will not adjust the level of output. When I enter the menu and adjust the bass, treble, fad or bal the knob works! However, it will not work when I want to adjust the volume. I checked the fuses and all are in good order. Is this a amp issue or has anyone here experienced the same?
