Noise but no air inside

Hey Guys,

I just bought an old freelander with a few problems. One of which is the last of blower air inside the car, when I turn the knob to full, it makes noise but no air comes out.

Any ideas?

how long have u tired keeping the air on at full blast because these cars are notorious for weak AC and heating.
