Park distance control and Airbag rear suspension Qs

I have park distance but I do not have a switch on the dash to shut it off.  On the inside cabin in the rear it does have lights that flash when getting closer to an object but I am wondering if this was a dealer install or factory?  It looks very factory but I dont have the switch associated with it. 
 
 
I also have been told I have airbags in the rear of my SE7, yet I dont have the button to drop it down for rear loading.  I was asked how to shut it off and said I had no clue when getting an oil change during the winter.  I never really looked under there too hard to see but do all 2004 SE7 models have airbags even if you cant drop it down via switch?
