Putting New discovery headlights on old one..

I was thinking about getting an older Discovery, probably a 95-97. How hard would it be to get some newer discovery lights and put them on there? Would I have to get a new bumper too? Grill? Hood?

There's a guy on eBay selling a conversion kit for the early Disco II's to upgrade to the newer HID's.

what about the 95 discos though!
