Rear Bumper Removal

Blind driver tapped my rear bumper when parking and cracked one of my rear parking sensors. Would like to repair myself and save some $$$. Anyone know how to remove rear bumper? Also, does anyone know if there is a CD based repair manual for LR3? Mine is a 2005 HSE.

check your local dealership or parts stores for some repair manuals, might help you in removing your bumper.. try also ebay..

I don't think a consumer version of the manual has been released. It took about 3 or 4 years before a D2 manual was available and when they were, you could get one anywhere.

There is an on-line version accessable through the LR global tech websight http://www.landrovertechinfo.com. Unfortuantly, it's a pay per use deal, something like $12.00 for 24 hours of access.
