The MAF from Cerrone's is scheduled for delivery today and I'll replace it tonight when I get home. Will the codes clear themselves or should I clear them on Friday when I have a chance to get to AutoZone?

You will have to clear the codes after installing the new MAF.
Good you ordered on when you did, Rover just bumped the price about $20 plus.

Well that's good timing for sure. Cheapest I found online was $190 before shipping and taxes, but Cerrone's charged me $160 including tax and shipping.

160 bucks is great if its the bosch! i had to pay 240 for one out here this week in santa monica. pacific west has an aftermarket brand called allmakes for 115 bucks w one year warranty but i passed on it and went with the OEM for some reason i'm still not sure of...

It is a Bosch, the name is printed all over the box. Getting stuff from Cerrone's is great in that it arrives the next day, but there is the pesky sales tax. Oh well, still cheaper at the end of the day.
