Hi Folks, Just found your forum and enjoying reading about Land Rovers.

New member, first post and first Land Rover, 1984 LR90 2.5 n/a.
I have had the 90 for about 2 weeks now and have been going round making my list of things to do, this includes checking out as many LRs on the net as I can and taking note of all that I want , Bull bars, bumper and winch ect...

However before I go for any fancy stuff I need help with the basics, eg, the R/H footwell is badley rusted and holed and needs to be repaired. I contacted paddocks who informed me that they do not supply a footwell repair panel for the 90 but they do have one for the series LR, and to make this fit I would have to modify it.

Has anyone ever been in this situation, is there a repair panel for the 90 available somewhere? , Can I buy a new coplete bulkhead for a 90, all be it a bit more work.

OK guys I hope you can help with some of this, I know I could prob get a welder to just fit a metal sheet but I want to try and keep it LR parts..

look forward to hearing from you
regards
James

Ps I will post a pic of my LR90 asap

Not had the problem you mentioned on Landroverforums.com, I should say yet, but will have one day I am sure.

It depends how bad and what area you are talking about with regard to rust as well, pics would help.
As you maybe able to just replace the problem panel with flat sheet.
