lol...we can swap truck for a while no worries... There is a local Disco bloke who is unreal on these trucks and he should have a hand held temp reader so I'll get him to have look. It's also a good comment from keithmuller, I've looked all over the fire wall, engine bay, drive train tunnel and there is no insulation at all, is this normal? I've also spoken to a cooling specialist who says he has a Nissan Patrol witha simmilar problem but intermittantly and no one can tell him why nor can he solve the problem. However, you may have noticed my other post about the spider wiring loom and after replacing that I achieved about 25% reduction in the heat problem, probably because I'm getting better ignition, economy and smoother running. Anyway I'll get the temp checked and get back to you. Thanks for all the help. Cheers, Johnsy
