It's even worse now - another tax hike by the Govt. so we're now up to about GBP 0.96 per litre in the UK - and the exchange rate is kinda crappy atm too - makes for about $8.63 an imperial gallon or $7.19 for a US gallon for Diesel and $8.45 Imp. Gal. / $7.04 US Gal. for gas.

This is no lie, i get 92 octane petrol for the equivilent of $0.51 US and diesel for the equivelent of $0.24 US

sry, forgot to mention the that is for a litre, so that would be $2.30 agallon for petrol and $1.08 a gallon for diesel
