I was looking to trade in my 02 disc II (no problems) for a 03 or 04, but was not sure if there was any documented problems. I was hoping to get some support from here. Thanks.

You should be fine, it was only a cosmetic facelift.

For Disco 2's no year was a bad year. Are you planning on modifing the truck for heavy off roading, if so go to the 04 so you can get the CDL for extra traction.
