I have noticed a winding sound that increases and decreases with speed on my 97 Disc. SE7. Tires are new and didn't correct the noise problem. Any ideas?

Typical Rover drive train noise, not to worry, won't get any worse. If you want to try and get rid of part of the noise, change out your diffs and t/case using 85W/140 gear oil.
