I have the BF Goodrich G Force 18" on my truck, and I am very happy with them. I think they are more of a sport tire, and I am probably the only guy on this forum that doesn't take his truck off road (except once). The Goodyear Wranglers I had on before, and they were much louder. The steering response improved when I put on the G force tires. I also got four of them new for $100 through a friend, so that helped immensely in my decision. I hope this helps!

Getting ready to start Great Divide Challenge II next week, with a new set of Cooper Zeon LTZ's 285x60x18. Will give a performance report after the trip. So far, they are pretty quiet for an offroad tire, although they are too big to fit in the spare wheel well under the LR3. Have to figure that one out. For now, will leave my 19: Synchrone underneath in case of emergency. I think this is a new tire for Cooper, and I believe America's Tire/Discount Tire are the only ones carrying them at this point. Cooper is sponsoring our trip, so each participant received a full set.

OK, so let the air out of the spare, and was able to get it to fit underneath, although I lose about 2"" of rear bumper clearance. I picked up an electric pump and will fill if needed. Can also use pump for airing down offroad.
