if any one needs any discovery 1 parts i flipped my 1996 discovery series 1 a few times into a pole and luckily im still here to talk about it. So i guess this means they are safe cars judging by the pics of it and that i got out of it with only a concussion and some stitches. But to the important stuff..... the tranny, transfer case, drive shafts, front and rear ends, and alot of electrical, interior, body parts are still good, if u need anything let me know and we can work out a deal, thanks

sorry to hear of your accident. There are some very scarey accident pictures of Landies around, all showing people walking away with only minor bumps and cuts.

So you not going to sort out the vehicle and put it back on the road? It is what happens a lot over here, the vehicle would suddenly become a dedicated off roader, with the chassis shortened, bodywork trimed back, turning it into a pickup or something similar..

What color was the interior? I need the panels that fit under the seats, as well as the lids that snap in. I also will buy your roof rack cross bars if you still got em.

roof rails- ummm what roof rails? haha they are pretty demolished

i have a tan interior, as far as those black things that cover under the seat both should be good except the passengers one doesnt have the front cover with it.

just let me know what parts you may need and i'll let u know if i have them available and i will be cheap on shipping, just whatever they charge me is what ill charge. interior is pretty good except the fton dash area, 2 rims, entire back door, brush guard somehow is surprisingly good except one busted weld but i will re-weld it and paint it again no prob, one sunroof is good, im sure all my switches ect are ok, door handles, front drivers headlight, tail-lights, alternator, water pump, abs control, maybe some AC parts, radiator, air filter box, throttle body, pre-cut carpet for inside, leather seats are PERFECT, seat motors. that all i can think of off the top of my head, when i start tearing it apart i will give more info, but for the meantime just let me know if u need n e thing

thanks, anthony

Wow! Thank God you are alive! Wrecks can be pretty rough, I had one in January in my Maxima so it's still pretty fresh in my mind.
I now have a 97 Discovery and I am needing the film panel part that indicates what gear you are in.....the shifter. My shifter got stuck one time and I jerked it and unfortunately that plastic part ripped. Just let me know if your's is still salvagable and how much you would like for it.
Thanks!
