Will do, Mike. BTW, I dropped my Disco off this AM at my local dealer with the expectation they will figure out the leak. When I asked why their proposed fix of installing a new sunroof did not fix the error back in April, they quickly turned it back on me and asked why is it January and I am claiming the same problem. Thank God their system shows the car was in their twice since May on the same matter. I told him that I suspect the drain tubes are plugged or broken. I hope they figure this out.

Regarding the MAFS issue, I received the FedEx confirmation from Tony and it seems my items will be here on the 12th. Will the light go off by itself or will I need to get someone to turn it off?

You will need to have the codes cleared by a local auto parts store after installing the new MAF, other then that you will be set.

Most auto part stores have it, Napa is a big supplier of it in most areas.
If you decide you want to clean up the old engine, buy 2 cans of SeaFoam and shout when you are ready to use it, I'll be glad to walk you thru the process.

You can now get Seafoam in a 1 gallon can!  Here in Minnesota, Fleetfarm carries it for about $38.

I sucked it into my Camry intake last night until the exhaust came out clean.  Lots of black sooty smoke for about 10 minutes though.

I should be able to tap into that gallon can over and over again for different vehicles including the Disco.

"big blue brittish kitty"

She's blue, british, and now (after Foaming) purrs like a kitty.  I know, bad line; but it worked great.

After reading this thread I am considering SeaFoaming my engine. However, it seems to me like sending all these deposits out of you engine and through your catalitic converters could mean a new set of catalitic converters. Damage to the cats is usually not apparent but if they are not "firing" anymore it will result in a CEL coming on. They may also get partially plugged in which case you might feel less top-end power. Has anyone experienced emissions problems after the SeaFoam treatment??
