Ive heard this offers some performance gain but cant find any other info on the swap. Can somebody shed some light? S.

If you are going to go thru all the effort to put in a new cam, you would be better off to get a good aftermarket cam and lifters, inspect and possibly replace the rockers and get a nice gain in performance. How many miles on your truck. Have you alread done a good plu and wire up grade, how about your O2's have you replaced them yet? Mike

8 mm Magnacor wires and Bosch Platium Plus 4's for plugs.

you won't tell too much difference with the red cam/4.6,... did a short block swap and it mistakenly had a 4.6 cam,really didnt run much different with the bigger cam
