Hello Dear Techies

My Rover decided not to start this morning. Engine turns and turns, but it doesn't start. I have checked the fuel pump fuse, it's okay, and tomorrow I am getting the F13 relay for the fuel pump.

Any other suggestions??

Thanks

Firstly, check the spark plugs, you may not be getting enough spark.
If that is okay, check fuel system, and pump. You should hear the pump prime when you turn the key to the second position.

It is also worth checking the air filter, if it has not been changed in a while.

When you try starting, does it sound like it is getting fuel? Or is it just the starter motor turning the engine over. Sometimes the sound can tell you so much, that discription can't.

Let us know how you get on.
