series IIA year1964 cb type master cylinder non servo my brakes will not work just fited new  master cylinder and blead them carnt get eney presher on brake pedle can eney one help

Did you bleed the master cylinder first? run line from the output back into the master resovouir and bleed all the internal air first. Then do the lines going to the calipers.

If this post was about the DISCO or ROVER I'd say ABS sometimes requires VACUUM to evacuate and bleed the system. ABS systems are different than the old/regular systems since there is a motorized/pressurized pump system that takes over when you apply brakes and the wheel speed sensors detect wheel lockup or difference between engine/trans speed and wheel speed.
