Beautiful beach front condo available in Freport, Bahamas (time share) for sale. Island Seas resort is very up-scale, right on the beach. Recently purchased while living on the East coast, now living in California adds travel to the cost to get there, no longer desirable conditions for me and my wife.

Details:
Have full 30 years to use. Beach front condo, sleeps 4 or can be exchanged for a non- beach front that sleeps 6 on request. One week per year which can be extended to 2 weeks for a minimal $249 on request. All meals, drinks and activities included while on the premises. Travel in the island included via shuttle. Any other activity outside the resort available at big discounts through the resort consierge. Rooms recently remodeled and beautifuly furnished with all kitchen apliance updates. Fully exchangable for many prime locations throughout the world. Maintenance fee is $510. Asking $12,000 but will consider any reasonable offer.
