After I bought my disco I realized that the passenger side window lets air in. Its not the glass, but the black part of the upper door frame. Sometimes its not bad and then somtimes it sounds like its wide open when i'm driving down the highway. Is this something that could of happened because of a wreck or is there someway to tighten it?

So are you talking about the weather seal on the inside of the door jam leaking, have you looked at it to see if it is damaged or has a flat or torn spot?

you mean the metal black window channel? that the window slides in, not the rubber window gasket?

I have the same thing on my drivers side.  Thought the dealership messed it up, but maybe this is a wide spread issue.

The regulators have a plastic wheel that runs in the channel. This wheel likes to break, and then the window doesn't quite go all the way up. Might pull your door panel and inspect the hardware. Mine broke and I had to glue it back and re-shape it. As far as I know, you can't just get the wheel, you have to buy the whole regulator..

What type of glue did you use to fix the wheel? This same issue just happened yesterday with my 2004 Disco on the Passenger Side and I tried Crazy Glue, but the wheel just snapped as soon as I rolled the window all the way back up.

A new regulator is like $80 from roverconnection.com

So... let me get this straight. You drive a 6000lb., 4WD shoebox with a V8 engine and you can't figure out why your fuel economy is poor?! O_o
