You will need 03-04 finishers LR P/N   DHH000120LML and DHH000130ML for $48.17 each, these are plastic trim pieces under the lamp. Spray touch up paint for the finishers from automotivetouchup.com  ,base coat $19.95 and clear coat $7.95 primer $7.95. Much cheaper then having it mixed at the paint shop, they wanted about $70. just for the paint. The parts stores did not have the correct color, epson green. For the head lights, be careful buying used lights. I bought two that leaked in heavy rain or car wash causing them to fog up. There are people thet sell defective warranty returned parts on ebay, I found out the hard way, waste of $500. I ended up getting new lights from the dealer. The new grill will also fit the 99-02.

Willie has been super helpful doing my conversion. He was nice enough to post pics of the great job he did.  I just had my lights arrive a couple of days ago.  Bought them new on e-bay for 197+190.  I bought the finishers from atlantic british.  Heres Willie's
http://www.landroverforums.com/m_13116/tm.htm

Things to be aware of - the electrical connections are different and you will need to make a trip to radio shack to create a plug for the 03 light.  There is some wiring to do as turn singnals and hi beams circuits are different.  There is a lot of metal to remove with a grinder.  The whole 99-02 light mount must be removed back to the radiator support.  I will use the 99-02 grill and avoid the space at the bottom issue.  I will start to post pics of the conversion.  I will start this weekend on it.  I have a instruction manual from the UK and can send out some info from it.

Started on the headlight conversion late last night and didn't get too far.
Got the 99-02 head lights off, grill removed, finishers out and the metal removed from the pass side.  Now I'm trying to fit the 03-04 head light into the area I cut out.  I need more clearence at the top and I'm not sure how much more metal to trim the metal. My 03-04 spacers are being painted wish i had them to see how things line up.

I found a wiring kit from NAPA so both the hi and low beams can come on at the same time.  Its part numer BK3354007.  Willie you need to pick one up comes with fuses and the wiring.
