Hey guys I'm interested in getting a 1999 disco, and I was just wondering what kind of 4wd system it has I read on some sites that it has a center diff lock and some sites said that it was removed can someone explain that to me.  I wanted to get a disco that was good at offroading nothing major just like trail rides can you tell me if a 99 would be a good choice.

I have a 99 D2, it came with the locking t/case. CDL. but no linkage. After a few quick modifications I now have finger cotrol CDL when needed. You will want to get to work on it inorder to set up the CDL ASAP.
