Has anyone out there had their wheels painted? - 5/21/2007 1:16:40 PM    CBRmatt600   Posts: 12 Joined: 9/12/2006 Status: offline I really like my 18" Mondials, but they are starting to look like hell.  They definitely have not aged as gracefully as the rest of the truck.  Anyways, I want them refinished in a gunmetal color, I think it will look really good with my dark red truck, and gray bumper setup.  If I do this, I am also going to replace the stock Range Rover badges with the MKIII ones that are a darker greyish color.  Has anyone had this done to their wheels, and if so do you have pictures?  I want to get an idea of what this will look like before I start shelling out cash. RE: Has anyone out there had their wheels painted? - 5/22/2007 12:56:53 PM    CBRmatt600   Posts: 12 Joined: 9/12/2006 Status: offline Some curb rash, plus the original clearcoat has faded quite a bit on the spokes.  The original owner didn't exactly do a bang-up job of cleaning the brake dust off of them either, so there is some corrosion.
