Mike, What about the in take manifold gasket/seal does this not need replacing? What seals would you suggest? new rubber type? What is the torque setting for the manifold bolts and the vavle cover bolts. Cheers Boyd

You should replace the intake manifold gasket whenever you are pulling the top end of the engine down, it has a tendency to become oil soaked with time. I don't have the torque specs, sorry.
