Look I sympathise with you, and will tell you how to get around this "Crap" from the good people, many not experts but who have a long history and vast experience with these and other vehicles, most of us are here learning and trying to pass on any knowledge we have gathered along the way. Now......... the solution as I promised, find your way to the nearest dealer, walk in, give them the vehicle keys along with your credit card authority and the deeds of your house .... tell them "I Don't want any Crap or questions about whether I have done this or done that, just fix it!!!!". Of course it might be a bit more expensive than what you get here for free but no QUESTIONS and no CRAP, pretty simple really, I'm surprised you didn't think of it yourself. These are frustrating vehicles but taking your frustrations out on people who may be able to help you is not the way, have a good one.
