Hello everyone.

I was just wondering if anyone can help at all with my problem that I hope is a small one.

I have a 1999 2.5DSE Range Rover that I have just brought, its covered 43k and been fully serviced by Gaydon Land Rover and a main dealer.

The car is extremely slow and unresponsive at anytime, on a (private road) at 80mph there is nothing at all even at 70. The accelerator pealed does not do any thing until the bottom.

I have drove others and they are allot better (none chipped ones) so I think there is something wrong.

Has anyone got any ideas at all please?

Cheers for any advice at all.

Take it back to the dealer and have it checked out. That does not sound normal at all.

This sounds like MAP sensor. Check the air pipes around Fuel filter. There is a small black sensor with connected pipe on the bottom side. But is better to check this with Diagnostic equipment in Real-time.
