I own a 1998 range rover 4.6 hse and i recently received a message that said "Fuse 20 Failed" on my dash. I found the fuse under my RH passenger seat and it was a 30 A. I bought a new fuse and as soon as i replaced it, the fuse sparked and blew again instantly. PLEASE HELP!!.. thanks

Sounds like you might have a pinched/shorted wire to the seat switch.
