What exactly are you going to be doing? Are you installing a replacement 3rd. member?

So, you have a ho;e in the outer diff housing, was it caused from an impact or diff your diff gernade? If you have to replace the 3rd. member, that is pretty easy and no speial skills are involved, have you found one yet?

I would stop driving it then before you break an axle also. What sort of prices have you found for a used 3rd. member?
