Hey all I am new here.  I have a 2002 disco II and wanted to know what is needed to add the rear defrost, and seat heaters?  I read somewhere that every seat came with the heaters already but just not the buttons?? Doesn't sound right does it??  Thanks for the help..

Does your truck have the leather interior, if so, all you need to do is buy a switch and trim plate kit from Atlantic British and install it into your existing seat heater wiring.
As for a rear defroster, big bucks, wiring relays switches and a new rear window along with a fair amount of labor is required to do the rear defroster.

I think so, because I have only seen one advertised at Atlantic British where they sell the kot and there is no mention of the part being year specific.

My 2000 SD with leather did not com with heater elements in the seats. I bought the switch kit from Atlantic British. No heat comes from the seats. I pulled the leather from the lower seat there is no element. Rovers North sells elements for $32.59 for the bottom each and $46.55 for the back each. It looks like a big job getting them in there. So I don't think I will not put them in.

No, it was never available for the rear seats.
