my master cylinder has a leak on the area where a line to the brakes exits or enters? It's located at the very top to the left, faceing the engine .Is there a seal in that area or did my m.c just go bad. its not to bad right know but ..sometimes it shoots out a spray of fluid right on to the manafold .talk about a smoking hot rover..ha.ha

I wouldn't drive it for 2 reasons, it shoots out brake fluid, possible failure and if brake fluid hits a hot manifold, you could easily have a fire. Buy a new one and take care of your massive issue. Also make sure you do a complete flush of the system when you ar done.
