Just wondering cause i am getting ne wgaskets installed so the motor will be apart so what have you guys done to your rovers? is it better to install new valve covers and double up the valve cover gaskets?

What year???
You never double up on gaskets.
What have you done so far to get better mileage, what sort of tune ups, how many miles on your truck and what octane gas are you using???????????????
