Hi all,  Is there a good resource for a disco 2 steering upgrade?  I just checked my steering and noticed I need tie rod and drag link ends.  Of course the one off of the pitman arm is the one I need and I really would like to upgrade to something stronger anyway.  I just put 265/75 r16 tires on it, so beefier steering would be nice.  Any one have any ideas??

Thanks in advance :)

I think here in the U.S. we are stuck with stock.

I have seen uprated parts in my Land Rover Monthly (LRM)
magazine its from England.

I have run 265's on my D2 on trails you have only dreamed about for over 90,000 miles and not warn out any of my steering parts, I can see by next spring I might change a couple of parts but there is nothing wron with OEM steering parts.

Well, that is good to know Mike.  I do have to change one drag link end after 95000 miles.  Which is not that bad in my opinion.  However, I am no stranger to just about every degree trail possible.  Just not in a disco 2!  By the way, don't you run 3" Rovertym coils and 2" spacers in te rear for the sls??  How do you like that setup??

Actually I have a total of about 2 3/4 lift in the front with the OME 751 coils and 2 of Rovers isolators and the back has the 2" spacer from RTE with their adjuster turned up to 3 "s. Had it for 3 or 4 years and wouldn't change.
