Well I got my first EAS Fault this morning on the way to work. Pulled out of my driveway and within a couple of miles the fault occured, seemingly out of the blue. When I got to work, my Rangie sat normally in the lot, no corners were sagging or drooping. My question is, 1) how soon should I get this to my dealer for service and 2) how much $$$ is the dealer gonna charge me to look at it and diagnose the fault condition?

Jeff, Get it in asap. With a fault in the system, it will not raise the ride height for safety reasons. It will only allow lowering to match each corner value. Since you live in the high rent district, I would guess $ 150-250 for the dealer to hook up their $ 15,000 Test Book and diag.

Well, after working 8hrs I got back in to go home, and lo and behold, no faults. Was this maybe just a glitch?
